It will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the GDPR for the purposes of ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and those who have a business relationship with our company (administrative operations for communication carried out by our company, ensuring the physical security and supervision of our company's locations, business partner/customer/supplier (authorized or employees) evaluation processes, legal compliance process, financial affairs, etc.), determining and implementing our company's commercial and business strategies, and ensuring the execution of our company's human resources policies.

In this process, your personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through our website, mobile applications, call center, and physical channels for the purposes stated above.
4. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of the GDPR
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company through the methods set out below in this Information Notice, our Company will conclude the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
In this context, personal data owners have the right to learn whether personal data is processed, to request information if personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred at home or abroad, to request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred.
